<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Well, that sounds really odd to me. I thought they always found the land first and of course it was donated as well (as in my brother's case, hea has 5 acres from the YMCA)He doesn't even own the land the house sits on, the city does.

We saw that house getting built when it aired on HGTV!! It was SOOO COOL!!! You wouldn't belive how long it took tghem just to get 1 cement truck uo that hill for the driveway!!! & they had like 4 or 5 Cement trucks to get up there!!!
